It’s been a while since I last opened my Yahoo! Messenger. I’ve been using Facebook and Skype to message my contacts. It just so happened that my friend wanted me to go online via YM since she would like to discuss something and that’s the messaging system she’s currently using. I have also used the web version of Yahoo Messenger through Yahoo! Mail but I still logged in to my YM account so that chatting would be easier in a new window. Then I was prompted to upgrade to the latest version of Yahoo! Messenger.

Oh, wow! Feels like ages. Haha. All those time that I haven’t used YM, there have been lots of changes I guess. So I downloaded the latest version and updated what I already have. After that, I start blocking annoying people who keeps messaging me about nasty and horny stuff. Arghhh. They’re not even in my contact list!

Moving forward, this latest version of Yahoo Messenger seems to be OK especially the saving of archive feature. Everything remains to be seen. But I’m not sure if I’ll be using this more often. There’s also a local version of Yahoo Messenger but I didn’t try it. Next time, maybe…
